Store policies
1. TAT:7-10 business days. Orders under 50 diffusers are likely to ship within a few business days. Orders 100+ may take the entire TAT. Please plan accordingly or let me know at time of order if you need expedited shipping.Contact: scentedby.e@gmail.com
2. CANCELLED ORDERS: If you need to cancel an order,there will be a 20% restocking fee.
3. MOQ: Min order quantity is 15 diffusers. You will be able to proceed to checkout when there is 15 car diffusers in your cart. Can be mix/match.
4. DAMAGES/REPORTING DAMAGED GOODS: damaged items must be reported within 4 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Reported damaged after 4 business days will be credited to your next order (you must place the credited order through me so I can invoice you accordingly). Reported damages WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS will be replaced at not cost to you.
5. SHIPPING: Orders ship either UPS or USPS.
6. FINAL SALE. It is the buyers responsibility to retrieve their package upon delivery. Do not leave orders out in the sun. All orders will be sent with tracking when the label is created. We advise you to plan ahead if you are expecting a store closure or reason for delivery to be delayed. If your wax melt/candle is broken in transit, you must contact within 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
